First and foremost most Renaldo and Shane did an excellent job. So much so I booked this company in the state I moved to. They didn’t bring equipment but they managed to safely lift my washer/dryer set and load it perfectly. They packed all my things in my trailer and car and nothing broke upon my arrival in GA.
The only thing I dislike is that they reported 3 hours of work when it was actually one hour. I specifically asked Hire a Helper to connect me with a company with military base experience as it is a process getting on base. Most companies from my previous experience may charge a connivence fee because of the hassle and I’m totally ok with that. I suggest Smooth Move start charging a connivence fee on top of the 2hr 2men package. The workers arrived at my house once granted access to the base at 12:40 and was finished by 1:42. Video Cameras don’t lie!
The hr to get approved too get on base was counted mistakenly buy or dispatcher... No one tried to bill you for an extra Hr we’re not that kind of company.. Not one time did you ever read anything remotely like the accusation you made in any of our five star reviews that you read.. Also our movers had back straps for the Heavy lifting but chose not to use them so they were equipped they just decided not to use them.. Again we thank you for the 5star review, and do apologize for any misunderstanding with the extra hr... Have a wonderful and bless day

First if pre- packing items up pls make sure that it fragile items are security pack and wrap individually and labeled on the box as fragile and that every box or item is labeled with which room you would like that particular box item or piece of furniture. That makes for a smoothmove

We are big on the little things which leads to being able to successfully handle the bigger moves. How to treat ever move as if it was our owe move to a new home or office. Paying attention to the all detials makes for a smooth move
