Marcus and AJ did a wonderful job smooth moves is exactly what it says a smooth move it's been a long time since I heard yes sir and yes ma'am but they took care of our move with no problem taking into consideration to be gentle with each piece they handled! Also their communication in text and by phone to keep you updated about your order and time to cancel was impeccable!

If I would of seen how they loaded the truck I could of saved some stuff. They laid a book case down on it's cardboard back. Then loaded 2 large boxes filled with stuff in side of this which ruined the back and broke the bookcase in half. I had furniture pads which they didn't use which caused other problems, like scrapes and scratches. They put a hole through the back of my sofa. I couldn't see anything because they loaded the mattress last, standing up. Don't use Smooth Movers . Originally I gave them a good review but upon arriving at my new apt. and seeing the issues I had to change my review.

First if pre- packing items up pls make sure that it fragile items are security pack and wrap individually and labeled on the box as fragile and that every box or item is labeled with which room you would like that particular box item or piece of furniture. That makes for a smoothmove
