Kyree Robbins, who is the lead at Smooth Moves, and his team of two men helped me immensely. I put in a last minute order during a holiday weekend and they made themselves available.

THEY WERE LATE BUT DID CALL. WERE NOT PREPARED FOR THE JOB; CAME WITH ZERO EQUIPMENT. NO DOLLY TO MOVE HEAVY FURNITURE, NO SCREW DRIVER OR ANY OTHER TOOLS TO ASSEMBLE FURNITURE. THE BOSS DROPPED OFF A COUPLE GUYS AND LEFT FOR ANOTHER JOB. HIS WORKMEN DID NOT KNOW HOW TO CONTACT HIM. WE HAD FURNITURE THAT NEEDED PUTTING TOGETHER BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE HOW TO GO ABOUT IT EVEN WHEN WE PROVIDED THEM WITH T00LS. CLEARLY, WE DID NOT GET THE SERVICE WE PAID FOR.
HAD WE KNOWN THAT ALL WE WERE GOING TO GET WAS PEOPLE TO CARRY IT OFF THE TRUCK WE WOULD HAVE HIRED SOME CHEAPER DAY LABORS. WOULD NOT USE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND.

First if pre- packing items up pls make sure that it fragile items are security pack and wrap individually and labeled on the box as fragile and that every box or item is labeled with which room you would like that particular box item or piece of furniture. That makes for a smoothmove
