I needed to move same day urgently. They were on the job within hours. Because I had to move so abruptly, I was completely unprepared. They helped me get everything together and get out of my place in under an hour. They are also genuinely nice people with good character which is great in the service industry.

It was a 2 member team helping me move from 2 bedroom unit to 3 bedroom unit in an adjacent building in the same apartment complex. They helped me dissemble and assemble per my request. They were prompt and efficient. Finished job right on time with no hiccups. In fact, in much less hours than so called professional movers had initially quoted to me. Very good at taking instruction and implementing per it. Very social, helpful and high work standards! Will for sure recommend them to friends and family.

Ty and Eugene were so professional. They worked hard to get all my belongings moved into my POD. They showed up on time and worked great as a team. They had a 'can do' attitude when there was furniture that was difficult to get down my stairs and were able to get it out the window. I would definitely use them again for my moving needs.

Would definitely recommend Vyking Moving - and specifically Ty, who was our contact. We needed help loading boxes and furniture into a storage unit under pretty short notice (just a few business days). From start to finish, everyone was really professional and helpful and communication was excellent. Ty and the crew arrived on time, got the job done quicker than estimated, and followed up with me by phone. The pricing model for Vyking was also really flexible for time not used or if we would have needed extra time . I was really happy with the customer service model and specifically with the work Ty and his crew did. Thanks for making our day easier!

Horrible service! They called and informed us that they are coming on time in the 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM window in the order and just before the arrival time called to say they can't come. They then stopped answering our calls.
We then had to scramble and call you to find the next service provider. The window for this provider was 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. We had to extend the reservation for the freight elevator in the apartment building to this slot. But the next service provider arrived at 2:05 PM. Because we were in touch with them about their arrival, we knew they weren't getting there till close to 2:00 PM and therefore moved most of the stuff ourselves. They only had to move a bed frame, a mattress and a dresser into the U-Haul truck and the whole thing took about 20 Minutes and they left by about 2:30 PM.
The fact that Hire A Helper is still charging me the full $199 including a service charge of $29 is just beyond the pale for me! It works out to an hourly rate of $400!!
