Tyrek and his 2 helpers did an amazing job for us. They unloaded our pod (split it between a truck and storage), and then took the truckload to our apartment and unpacked and delivered it to us.
The guys were very considerate and packed and unpacked everything with total skill.
I recommend them for any move.

This team did an outstanding job today packing our items in the POD. Ty runs his business like a pro with phone calls, was on time, and is training his team to lead others. They worked non stop and packed our 16' POD moving our furniture with great care and used the space efficiently.
They did a great job and they were very professional and friendly and fun as well which helped ease some of the stress of moving. Ty and his team will definitely be hired again for the next part of our move!

This was for unloading at same location after pod storage. The same crew wasn’t available to unload and it made me uneasy. They weren’t sure how furniture went back together, my Oak bed rails warped in the hot pod. Not their fault but my bed was ruined. The HireAHelper insurance didn’t cover furniture damage in the pod, so I have an expensive Bassett bed that I need to replace with metal rails. The crew was hammering screws into furniture. I stopped them. No power tools. Misplaced hardware. It was an okay experience. The first crew for the initial move was great. I’m sure the second move would’ve been fine if it was the same crew who packed.

The movers were super professional! I received a call confirming my appointment a few days before and 20 minutes before their arrival. They brought 3 movers even though I paid for 2. They arrived prepared with moving tools. They were very careful with my furniture while loading and unloading. I asked them to be careful with the walls as the paint is very light and they were extra careful. Very professional movers! Would highly recommend!

Thank you gentlemen for your care and personal attention given to our move! Ty was especially helpful and extremely respectful on the phone and upon arrival. These guys went way over my expectation! They were even able to fit a sofa down the basement steps by taking off the screen door and carefully turning the sofa to fit down the narrow stairs. I will definitely call up Ty and his team again. They were wonderful!! Thank you!

Let me start by saying I sifted through a lot of companies and reviews before selecting Vyking Moving Company, because we've been let down by moving companies in the past. I can't say enough great things about Vyking! We were already moving during a rough time, with Covid-19. Add to that looting, rioting and curfews! Ty made sure he was able to get a crew out to us, even with all of the madness going on. Ty was unable to be here for the move, but he sent his wife/business partner to keep the guys organized and make sure all went smoothly. Not only that, but we ordered 2 movers and he sent a 3rd. All of the guys were very professional, hard working, polite and knowledgeable. They took great care of our belongings and followed our direction. They brought blankets and carefully wrapped our furniture for protection and they were careful not to damage the walls coming up and down stairs or around corners. I wish we would have found Vyking for our last move, because they blew the other company out of the water! Lord knows I don't want to move again anytime soon... but if and when we do move again, we will 100% call Vyking. They are affordable, reliable & professional!!! This is the type of above and beyond service that only comes from a dedicated business owner like Ty!
