Brandon was a hard worker and with the exception of the refrigerator knew what needed to be done. 45 minutes on just the fridge, Which was the first thing they started on. So of coarse my anxiety about getting the job done in 3 hours was immediately triggered. His helper, Kyle I believe was his name, was not an experienced mover. He did minimal work and was not strong enough to help Brandon with the dining table.which also May be a new hire. So then we are getting to the 3 hour mark and my patience was wearing thin. Then at that point things just started getting thrown into the POD no organization whatsoever. Which there was plenty of room because I ordered 2 large PODs, but things were not packed in tight and orderly. The first unit was packed great. I guess what would have made the experience better is if both helpers would have been more experienced rather than one doing all the work. Overall I am pleased with Brandon and the experience and will recommend Hire a helper.

Update: POG provided an invoice, charged even more, and are now copying/pasting my electronic initials onto their invoice.
10/25: I've requested a detailed invoice from POG. I have damages and no invoice. POG has threatened legal action instead of giving an invoice.
Scheduled for a 1 - 2pm arrival with POG movers, movers called at 1:50pm saying they would show by 3pm. 330 I called Hire A Helper to find out what happened. 345 I called Hire A Helper and canceled. 405 I was pulling out in my car to get dinner for the workers I already had in my home when the movers showed up anyway and asked me to still allow them to work. I asked them to remove the furniture I had in a specific order, upstairs bedroom, couches, office, then livingroom and to please be careful to not damage my home and property in the process since I saw how difficult some items were to bring in. Marcus looked at my list, listened to my request, then proceeded to take the couches out first against my request. My couches did not cause damage to my home when being delivered initially, these movers forced the couches through the front door so forcefully the aqua paint on my front door is scraped and is across the back of my couches. My door has paint damages and the metal is dented across this area. I brought it to Marcus' attention and he replied, "well, Mary, these couches don't fit. A little paint touch up will take care of that." I said, "I don't have this paint, I'm trying to bring this damage to your attention" to which he took a photo and walked away.
They went into my office next, I asked that they please take my bedroom furniture instead since this was more important to me to get out since I felt it was very heavy. He told me they would get to it and they had plenty of time. My husband heard this and asked them to please take the bedroom furniture first as this is what I requested, he replied, "so you're telling me you don't want the office furniture moved," my husband replied, "I want the office furniture moved, but I would like the bedroom furniture taken down first, " Marcus said, "we'll get to it, there's plenty of time and you have plenty of room, " my husband said, "I feel like you're not listening to my wife's concerns about getting out the heaviest items first, please leave this, I can take my desk apart and have it ready and I want you to go to the bedroom furniture now." They went to the bedroom and began moving that furniture. During a trip down the stairs Marcus stopped and asked if my husband was nervous to which my husband said, "a little, this stuff is really heavy" and Marcus replied, "well don't be, this stuff is super light and you're making us nervous." When the largest item (a very large dresser) was getting removed, the drawers were taken out and brought to the storage container first. Marcus was carrying 3 drawers and ran into the wall with them with enough force to put 2 triangular dents in the wall and cause corners on the drawers to also have damage. He said nothing except for, "ugh" when he hit the wall. While they removed the dresser without the drawers Marcus began speaking markedly louder than any other time and said, "let's take this heavy heavy heavy heavy heavy dresser outside." I joined them outside to make sure the dresser drawers were placed back in correctly since during the removal Ty was forcefully trying to remove them and Marcus asked him to stop so he didn't damage them. The drawers were not kept track of to go back into the correct spaces, I know this because 2 drawers have cedar in them with the intention of being placed on the bottom for bug repellent purposes. As a drawer was put in, it began making loud scraping noises as it was being opened and closed and then was left this way while visibly crooked and pushed all the way in while they proceeded to put the cedar drawers in the incorrect places. I asked them to take out the drawer that was crooked so it did not cause damage and to put the cedar drawers in the bottom. Marcus took out the crooked drawer and did not reinsert it. He put in a cedar drawer and it did not close properly and made a loud scraping noise. I pulled the drawer open and closed to confirm it did not fit correctly and asked him to either engage it better or move it over. Marcus began yelling at this point. I asked him to stop yelling and go back to work. He continued to yell at myself and my husband. I told him to leave. I signed that he was leaving at 508pm to have this on record. They were at my house for an hour. I have him yelling and refusing to work recorded on my ring camera. He continued to tell his partner, "don't let anyone disrespect you," along with other inflammatory remarks as they left. My moving job was not finished and Marcus, in particular, was not professional. I was told the severe tardiness would result in a discount. I would like someone to call me regarding this incident.

Our POG helpers were awesome. They were here early which worked for us so they set to work and were very respectful of our home while moving our things inside. They even went above to help me and my organization weirdness and called out the assigned number written each box so I could check it off my list
