The workers (TJ and Abdul) were pleasant and appropriately embarrassed that they were late to the job. I was supposed to receive a phone call when they were 30 minutes away, but received nothing! I had to call THEM after it was officially past 8:00 am, and was told there was a screw up with vehicles, and they would arrive in 22 minutes! ?????
All would have been perfectly acceptable if only I had been kept informed! ??
They tried to make up for their tardiness by getting the truck unloaded quickly, but that did result in a couple of the rollers on my sewing cabinet broken! ??
By the time they DID start unloading, we had been working at it for at least 35 minutes…, so when I had to pay for the agreed upon 2 hour minimum, (and they had the truck unloaded in an hour), I would have felt like I got my $$ worth if they had started on time!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
WE are a Niche Famiily Movers- We do not sub contract and we work very hard to provide service customers need and deserve
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
your move team contacts you 30-40 minutes prior to arrival. Time starts upon arrival- not before. Your Team lead is an expiernced mover and your move team is a vetted and trained moving team
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Boxes, boxes and more boxes. Have your items ready for load. Larger items and furniture we will manage when on site
What types of moves have you handled?
From next door to the house around the block to interstate moves to each of the 48 contiguous states & Cananda. Then somewhere in between too,
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The customers, every day iis new and different. getting to know someone even under the most stressful of times and having a commonality during this time
