I was originally quoted a price for four men, only three showed up. I had quite a large job and really needed a fourth man. When the three arrived, I questioned where the fourth was and they said I would only be charged for three, which I was. However, one of the guys that showed up was absolutely clueless about what to do. He walked around most of the time in a fog. I had to tell him to grab a box or help the guys. He literally picked up a box cover with no box and was going to walk it around the back of the house to the basement. He definitely did not qualify as a third man. I should not have been charged for three men. They broke a couple of things and never mentioned it to me. They broke the legs off of one my couches and never told me I didn’t discover it until after they were gone. They also broke the hinge on the front storm door as they had bungeed it open and it was windy, also did not realize until after they left. Because I only paid for six hours, they were rushing to get it done in six hours to prove it could be done. I was willing to pay the extra time, but they were in a hurry to get out of here. I called the owner of the company and left a message about the things that had been broken, no return call. I would definitely not use this company again.

Great experience,the two guys moving us were polite, never stopped moving our stuff, they were excellent, I have no complaints, they moved two storage units to my condo,did a great job!!!! Would highly recommend!!!!!!!!

Would not recommend that anyone hire Advantage Moving.
Advantage Moving sent a 2-person team to complete the job (we'll call them Mover1 and Mover2). Things got off to a rocky start when Mover2 forgot to bring a toolbox, so we had to scramble to find them tools to use (of course this was not easy, as all of our tools were packed away because we were MOVING). Mover1 was great and was a pleasure to work with. However Mover2 was the complete opposite. From the beginning, Mover2 was complaining about the inclement weather, talking negatively about the person who assigned them to the job for not sending enough people, and took frequent smoke breaks. With movers, I'm able to give some grace because its a taxing job, but the lack of professionalism shown by Mover2 was inexcusable.
Additionally, Mover2 stole valuable items from us. After realizing that the items were missing, I quickly called Advantage Moving. After going back and forth with Advantage Moving and them essentially calling me a liar, I was finally able to speak with Mover2. Of course he denied any wrongdoing, but little did he know that I had irrefutable evidence that he committed the crime. When I revealed this to Mover2, their tone completely changed and Mover2 returned the valuables to us out of fear that would take legal action. I still formally filed a police report with the local police department and am awaiting follow-up. People like Mover2 should not be allowed to provide such services to people, if they are going to resort to thievery and deceit.
Once again, DO NOT HIRE ADVANTAGE MOVING.

We do not tolerate any of those actions and they were immediately taken care of. We tried our best to rectify this for you and hope you will still consider us for future use. They did not have tools for taking apart a bed????. they were using screws. Thank God I had a drill I had to give it to them after several long minutes of them trying to use screwdrivers. That took some of my time and wasted it.???? They took screws to my bed and did not put all the screws they took out if the bed. My bed frame is falling apart. Because i did not have tip for them, they walked away with a bag of screw i belive belong to my bedframe and head board. After paying over $899 within one number change in zipcode they got mad because my and my two kids did not add more money on top of that $899. If anything I needed a tip for having $899 to pay them as a single parent and for giving them my drill eventhough they knew ahead of time that they will need to Uninstall and re install a bed frame. They wanted to take more time to increase my charges. When that wasn't the option for them, they chose to leave my bed and took a bag of screws with them. They may claim that the bag of screw was for them. So, Why would they have a bag of screw to bring into my house when my bed already came with screws. Simply put, They put in the bag and took it with them, is that simple and that is mean, that is malicious that is inhumane????, because my bed is falling apart and I am sleeping on the floor with a mattress. Instead if using allen ranch they worn out the screws and skipped some screw and took them.
I did not deserve that becauseI hired them. I paid my fees. H

Mike is great! Professional & Efficient. Unfortunately he does need a new assistant/partner!!! Mike did most of the move by himself & I was concerned about the time frame towards the end. I was frustrated with his coworkers behavior and use of cellphone. I even assisted Mike with the move which I shouldn’t have.
