Very good experience. I would hire them again for my next move if I were moving to DFW. Very clear communication. They called me when they arrived and came prepared with their equipment. I just provided rope to strap things down and I already had ratchet straps for other things and they went ahead and used those too.
Very quick work and very respectful of our belongings. 12/10 would recommend to everyone for a move/load/unload.
I learned they like popsicles, so if you want to be extra nice you should get some for them :)

If 0 stars were an option, that would be their true rating. The guys showed up on time and were courteous, but that's it. If you care about your items at all, do not hire this company. If for whatever reason you do, plan to not let them out of your sight & supervise every thing they do. 1 of the 2 men who showed up, certainly did not want to be there. He was slow and very careless. The other man was faster, but also careless. They transported our dining room table without a furniture pad, rammed it into a metal pole down a ramp that was too small, which then caused the dolly to roll out from under it, slamming our table down on concrete. Our table is garbage now; we have damage to our dining room chairs; they were careless in how they packed our truck and several boxes (along with their contents) are also damaged. These guys caused damage worth 10x more than what they cost. Please do yourself a favor and just don't.
60% of the time the homeowner decides to help carry something damages occur. You are paying us, so we can’t tell you no but we just don’t like those odds.

Rafael and his partner were Westmeath. They were on time, vary fast, broke nothing even taking a mattress and wardrobe up a spiral staircase to the second floor. I would hie them again in a heartbeat.

Time was wasted because they supposedly got lost multiple times. The items were not stored into our moving pod in an orderly fashion. Boxes labeled fragile were placed underneath other heavy bags. I caught them dragging my expensive mattress on the floor down the hallway, not using a dolly. The plastic was removed from our expensive couch, they then placed things on top of the couch without covering it back up. Left our things unmonitored, in the hallways and elevators of my apt complex. Anyone could have come and taken our things, while left unattended. Upon unloading our pod in our new location the tv stand was missing a leg, it had been broken off. We looked for the leg and eventually found it inside the Tv stand, meaning they knew they had broken it and placed the leg inside of it. I was not pleased with this service!

These guys were great! Did a great job...very careful with our things..up and down the stairs with heavy antique bedroom set. Highly recommend the Rafael Prado crew we got.

Very hard workers. Arrived on time with a phone call 20 minutes before to let me know when they'll be arriving. Worked the whole time, packed my van very well. Very professional and courteous. Would work with these guys again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
