movers tried to bill be for extra time. They showed up at 11:22 and tried to bill me for an 11:00am start date. They also damaged the floors, they did offer a $200 credit off of the move, but there was $500 worth of damage. They used a metal dolly to pick up boxes on a vinyl floor. They then indicated they wanted to come take pictures right away and never showed up. people make mistakes the guys were good guys, but the handling of their moves and the accountability around the mistakes is an issue.

These guys were a little better than excellent. When I looked into the pod, I thought to myself there was no way they'd get it all in. Jose asked me if I'd played Tetris. He told me he would use every inch. He did.
When they got to the end of the pod, some of the rugs were protruding. Jose sat on the ground and kept pushing with his feet. He told the other guy on the count of three to slam the door shut. They knew what they were doing!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
