Danny Jr. and Chris showed up ahead of time. They very efficiently loaded our PODS Container, using all the available space. We prepaid for 2 hours, but since we did a lot of the work ahead of time to pack most of the stuff and move it all into the garage, they were done in just over an hour. It was in moving the furniture and loading the container that we needed help, and they did that wonderfully. Although we prepaid for the minimum 2 hours, we feel happy to have paid for extra minutes that we didn't use. Danny even asked if there was anything else that we needed help with. We'd absolutely recommend their services to our friends.

The loaders were on time and worked efficiently. However, ownership needs to handle their business more professionally. No confirmation received and when I called and left a message to confirm the day before the job, I received no return phone call and finally reached someone minutes before 5 pm. Wouldn’t recommend for that reason alone. The stars are only for the loaders, because it wasn’t there fault.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.
