Chris and Richard were on time and well prepared. The truck was farther away from my apartment than I'd hoped, but they didn't complain, and they still moved me in with plenty of time to spare. I would 100% use them again!

What an amazing group! I was in a bind, my movers cancelled on me the day before my move. After calling 16 movers on my lunch break I found Hire A Helper. They were very accommodating and helpful. The price was reasonable for a last minute job. It took the 2 men less than an hour to do the job needed (they were scheduled for 3 hours) including 3 flights of stairs. I will be using them again in the future.

Showed up promptly on time, worked very hard and efficiently. They were very careful with items and would put things in rooms you asked. They organized things in the rooms they would put boxes so it would be easy to access and unpack. We had a 26' truck almost fully packed and they finished in an hour and a half. Highly recommend.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
