Great job packing the pod, everything stacked tight and snug and secure as can be and pretty much right to the top. My one big complaint is that they did not break down a very large set of ikea shelves I'd asked them to, stating that they thought they could just fit it in there whole, and while they were right, it ate up so much room that we had to make arrangements for a large number of other objects to be shipped separately as there was of course no room once the shelves had been stacked in. On top of all that, when they removed the shelves that just sit on pegs in the actual unit, they did not remove the pegs they sit on, or ensure they were secured, I've been finding them all over my floor for days since the pod left which means that many are undoubtedly lost for good and I'll be buying replacements. Not extremely expensive but inconvenient and annoying as doing what I'd asked would have prevented all this. I also paid for/hired 2 helpers for 2 hours. The first showed up on time and the second was an hour late. We ended up having to try to cram the rest of the pod ourselves and felt rushed as all we had for an hour of this promised assistance time was one guy with a dolly. (Whom admittedly busted his ass.)

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
