Damien and Mo were communicative and showed up earlier than my original scheduled time and finished moving the furniture into the home faster than the 2 hours that were originally allotted for this job. However, while carrying items into the townhouse, damage was done (a hole was made through the wood or drywall) to the wall on bottom of the stairs and while carrying material upstairs they hit the hallway light fixture which has caused it to only turn on sporadically. Both apologized but I wanted to bring this to your company’s attention.

Michael multiple times, everything was fixed and taken care of, Michael mentioned he would help change the review due to everything else being excellent, but has not done so yet, hopefully soon ??

Great guys that arrived ready to work! Our address was a bit difficult to find considering it was a new address, we appreciated their patience and professionalism when they arrived. Very respectful of moving items into our new home and direction where to place furniture from our Pod. Jordan and Noah did a great job and met our expectations! I would recommend them for any future moves loading/unloading with Major Moves!

I hired Major Moves the day before my move and they were able to accept the job and called immediately to confirm even though it was last minute. I was worried about being able to unload the truck in the two hour window I had reserved and assumed I would have to pay for extra time, especially since I was moving to a third floor apartment, but they had everything unloaded and in the rooms they needed to go in half the time. Not only that, but they also took an extra bed and two box springs down out of the apartment and loaded it onto the truck for me to get rid of. They were fast, hard working, friendly, and polite. I almost can’t wait to move again just so that I can use them again!

The movers were on time. They were courteous and polite. They had challenges properly assessing the capacity to utilize the space for the pod and arrange the furniture securely. There was quite a bit of space remaining upon completion of the initial load. I had them unload half of the pod and reload per my instructions. They were not experienced at disassembling standard furniture, e.g., desks and bed framing (one frame was broke, screws of a desk left behind). Their communication regarding what they felt they could accomplished was lacking.
