Major Moves - A Local Plant City Moving Company

We would like to share our experience, the team had a hand cart but there was not need for one, we came to help and walked in on a very negative situation which was a mess, we were doing our best to load old damaged and broken items, the customer was going trough a dark time with a special needs young adult who was giving her a hard time, they were being forced to move and she was extremely stressed and we were being nothing but kind in a mess of a situation with a stressed out customer, it was not easy on us either but we worked through it to help because we felt horrible about what was going on, the neighbor who was the one playing the radio very loud outside kept coming in as well and disrupting us and the customer and not sure why the customer never asked him to not bother us or her she just let it happen, it was a very stressful situation for us as well and we packed unpack able items as best as we could and she was very happy at the end and gave the boys a $50 tip, we do not deserve this review and we spoke with Theresa about it she said she would change it that she didn’t mean to leave a review like this, but from our experience before we can’t hold our breath on it.
