We selected an early time and of course traffic caused them delays. But they called to let us know and It worked out well. Both worked hard and our storage container was emptied very quickly. They were careful with our furniture and the house. Respectful, friendly, and hard working. I could ask for nothing more. I will recommend these gentlemen and the company.

This was not your normal unload into an empty house, and the team was very respectful and diligent about their work. I really appreciated their caring attitude. Nothing was broken in the unloading.

I did this reservation last minute and had several very heavy items to move (two large gun safes were part of that). The quote was very competitive and well worth it.
They were about 10 minutes late but no big deal since we are way out in the country.
Guys were very energetic and constantly moving. Did not have to push them at all as they did that themselves. Very conscientious, respectful and helpful even for non-moving labor help. Not afraid to look you in the eyes and speak truthfully.
Could not recommend them enough.

Although they were 30 min late; they were very hard working and got my move done in 2.5 hours. I had planned on at least 4 hours. Very friendly and respectful. Totally recommend this crew.

They showed up on time and got going right away. Thats where it took a turn for the worse. It was like they had never loaded a truck before, there was plenty of room so they only loaded it 4-5 feet high, then when there wasn't enough room they started forcing things to fit. It was just lack of foresight on their part. They damaged the front door to the house by being careless, they drug our brand new mattress around enough to get it all dirty and then when I started to gouge them about damaging the third item they got defensive. Not only would I not recommend them, I'm not going to use the HireAHelper site again. Once bitten twice shy. The boss showed up at the end and was less than polite or apologetic and I threw them off my property. Do not use these guys.

3 hours late, by the time they came, it was starting to get dark. Had 20+ ft truck to unload and put most stuff in garage instead of in appropriate room. felt bad bc they were young guys, seemingly poorly scheduled. Would never recommend.

They were fairly on time and they worked hard. I would have given them 5 stars but they poorly packed a pricey step-open metal trash canister and it became dented in the transfer.

Our customer should expect a confirmation call from crew members if a call was not made by our office prior day before. Our customer in afternoon or evening moves will be getting call from our crew lead to give ETA. Our crews will be well equipped to move properly and efficiently with the right supplies and training.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our customer should prepare by having furniture and items cleared and cleaned off. Wrapped and padded if they would like to save time. Our crews do not mind doing this one bit and are instructed to cater to your needs about priorities of what to wrap and protect with pads and shrink wrap. Keeping boxes stacked 3 high will help with moving efficiency. Labeling boxes on sides will help process of sorting boxes to desired rooms.
