These guys were fantastic. They showed up right on time and worked hard until the job was done! They were very responsive to all requests for special treatment of furniture/items, and if something was accidentally directed to the wrong room, they happily moved it again. Honestly, these were such nice, polite boys that I wouldn't mind asking them to babysit my kids.

The All About You crew was kind enough to do a last minute booking, and then adjusted the time later to accommodate me again. They showed up when they said they would and got right to work using the directions I left for them before I even arrived. They were very courteous, worked quickly, and took good care of our belongings. I was very pleased with their service and I would use them again. I will definitely recommend them to others. Movers were able to step in last-minute and help after I experienced a no-show with another company. Their prompt attention was greatly appreciated. I did request the company bring a dolly to move furniture, but it wasn't provided, so I had to go purchase one - which ended up sending us over the allotted timeframe. I assume that was due to the last-minute nature of the request, though, and Hireahelper reimbursed me for that time.

Julian contacted me immediately to confirm. He didn't realize I was in Boulder until the day of, which caused a slight delay. Note: I did ask for a push up the day before and they obliged so it was nice for them to be flexible. They couldn't get the 3rd guy out there so Julian offered an extra hour of moving in consolation, which was needed and appreciated. I ended up helping a bit because of the lack of the 3rd helper. The guys worked hard and were polite and respectful of my things. Could've used a bigger dolly but we got it done. All in all, I got an extra hour with 2/3 helpers and got everything done without any real damage. Thanks!

Hey we're so fast and efficient! They voting exceeded my expectations and I would SO hire them again! It saved us hours of work and they did it in 1 hour. It was pretty impressive. Hey started the second they parked and worked until they shook my hand and got back in the car. So worth every cent!

they were a little late but they had to drive from a town about 50 miles away. one person seemed knowlegable and gave many intructions to his partner. it seemed that the truck was too small and they werent sure how to deal with all my things. it took much longer than was predicted so i had to pay them $

Our customers will receive a call from our customer relations manager or another manager. Our staff will give advice and tips to help make your move efficient and easier.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customer should expect a confirmation call from crew members if a call was not made by our office prior day before. Our customer in afternoon or evening moves will be getting call from our crew lead to give ETA. Our crews will be well equipped to move properly and efficiently with the right supplies and training.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our customer should prepare by having furniture and items cleared and cleaned off. Wrapped and padded if they would like to save time. Our crews do not mind doing this one bit and are instructed to cater to your needs about priorities of what to wrap and protect with pads and shrink wrap. Keeping boxes stacked 3 high will help with moving efficiency. Labeling boxes on sides will help process of sorting boxes to desired rooms.
