Crew was conscientious and did a good job. They did show up late but called to let me know they were running behind schedule. Were supposed to bring rope to tie down the load but did not do so. Over all, I was pleased with their attention to detail and work ethic. I would use them again and also recommend them to others.

Hello, I used All About You Moving for a load only move. I called Julian as soon as I received my email from you that said to contact them. Julian offered to bring their own move truck and move me to Washington and also tried to throw in a plane ticket to "Sweeten the deal." for the cost of the move I had purchased and the UHaul rental. It was not a professional bid but I thanked him and said that I wasn't likely to go that way. Glad I didn't, i wouldnt have wanted to depend on them anymore than already. The company said they provided rope upon request and I called and spoke with Julian two days prior to the scheduled day to request it. He got my name wrong three times and then said that he had me scheduled. The whole thing felt off. On the day of the move, they did not show so after 15 mins I called Julian while he was trying to find my schedule he was blaring loud music in the background and I actually had to ask him to turn his music down to talk to me. He couldn't find me in his system at all and named three people before he got my name right. So they were 4.5 hours late and I had to contact them repeatedly before he gave me an ETA, which was to be in 1.5 hours. The movers didn't finish the job properly and I had to spend an hour and a half after they left getting everything rearranged because they just threw the off shaped items on top of each other and shut the back door so I couldn't see before they left. I will never use them or your company again.

HireAHelper and All About You Moving did and excellent job. HireAHelper was easy to use, I even talked to a real person. The movers kept me informed about their arrival time. They quickly and carefully unloaded our truck. I move almost every year and have used other companies such as Elite Moving Labor (terrible company to work with) and movinglaborhelp (Uhaul) and none of these compare with the excellent customer service that you get with HireAHelper.

Everything was great until I had to unload my trailer and found my two bed sides with fully loaded drawers standing up in the trailer. Broke the bottoms on both bed sides. Don’t understand why they were loaded standing up when they were well aware that the drawers were loaded. Broke the bottoms of the drawers and everything inside was jarred and broke or missing.

Our customers will receive a call from our customer relations manager or another manager. Our staff will give advice and tips to help make your move efficient and easier.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customer should expect a confirmation call from crew members if a call was not made by our office prior day before. Our customer in afternoon or evening moves will be getting call from our crew lead to give ETA. Our crews will be well equipped to move properly and efficiently with the right supplies and training.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our customer should prepare by having furniture and items cleared and cleaned off. Wrapped and padded if they would like to save time. Our crews do not mind doing this one bit and are instructed to cater to your needs about priorities of what to wrap and protect with pads and shrink wrap. Keeping boxes stacked 3 high will help with moving efficiency. Labeling boxes on sides will help process of sorting boxes to desired rooms.
