Three movers showed up looking professional, introduced themselves, and quickly got to work. They worked hard and were able to get a sizeable load unloaded and installed in the originally contracted three hours. If there were ever any questions, they were answered professionally. All items were treated with care, as was the navigation of doorways and other fixtures. I would definitely use them again as we were very happy with their service.

They were a little late arriving, but the 2 men they sent worked very hard and completed the job in the time allotted. I would use them again

Family Movers was great ! They confirmed the appointment twice by phone. Then 2 American men arrived 10 mins. before the appointment and brought numberous hand trucks, packing supplies, and tools.
The 2 men were very friendly and very cautious about safety, and not damaging my items or apartment walls. Once they moved the items to the POD, they balanced the distribution of weight and tied off the items against the wall with their rope.
I had planned on this taking 2-3 Hrs., but they finish moving a packing my items into the POD within 1.5 Hrs.
Overall they are a 5 Star company for your moving needs and other odd jobs !! Very Happy !!!

Our two helpers were wonderful!! Their names were Chris and MO We could not have ask for two harder workers than these two. They arrived on time, went right to work unloading our storage pod. The actual outside temperature was 94 degrees with high humidity--extreme working conditions, and they didn't stop for 2 hours. They were so polite and respectful, and placed our furniture and stuff every where we asked them. I don't know what they make as a wage, but as hard as they work, what ever it is could never be enough. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and for sure would call and use them again. We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.

Basic lifting techniques, communication between Movers, proper packing and padding techniques...
