They were very friendly. Brought all necessary tools to dismantle beds and rope to secure items in the pod.

Family movers were on time and let us know 30 minutes before arrival that they would be there on time. They were vey professional, friendly and courteous and got right to work after we explained what we wanted packed. They came prepared with everything they would need to transport heavy items or secure delicate ones. They worked non stop packing up our POD from the time they arrived to until their 2 hours were up with was just enough time to load everything in our POD. I had anticipated finishing up the loading when they were done but they worked so fast and efficiently that they had it all done for us. They were extremely respectful of all our property and kept us informed all along the way of what they were doing and why. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my family and friends. They actually felt more like their namesake than hired helpers. A+++++

Bill and Tom kept in communication since the day I hired them from Hire A helper. On moving day they were prompt and did a walk through with me to see what were the priorities and promptly went to work. Within 3 hours they had the truck loaded and were ready to go to my new residence. Upon arrival with the UHaul, they again did a walk through with me to get room designations and promptly went to work unloading and setting me up. Within two hours they were unloaded and the house was set up regarding the furniture. I would highly recommend them to any one looking to move and have a easy go of it. Well done Bill and Tom.

These guys were quick, efficient, and carefully wrapped fragile furniture. They also were able to move everything down from a third floor apartment. Would hire them again in another state if I could!

Professional, on-time, efficient, courteous and got the job done in the allotted time frame. There was in issue with PODS delivering our storage unit facing the wrong way, but that did not phase or deter these gentlemen and they got to work doing what had to be done so we could start enjoying our new apartment. They were a lifesaver after a long move from TX to FL; would recommend to anyone looking to save time and stress.

What types of moves have you handled?
We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.
