We have used Family Movers twice now. They are always on time, super communicative & kind, come with extra supplies to wrap furniture, a great value, extremely careful, pack things really well into the moving trucks, so speedy and SOOOO efficient. 10/10 recommend them - don’t use anyone else - they’re awesome.

Billy and Tom from Family Movers arrived on time and were personable professionals as they packed our POD unit. They walked through the house to see what needed to be moved. They worked together seem less to move everything into the POD. We could see they were very careful handling everything.They took time to ask if there was anything else we wished to put into the POD. I will definitely recommend Hire-a-Helper/ Family Movers to others! Excellent job!

I was absolutely pleased with Family Movers. They contacted me on the day before my move to confirm start time and offered me the option of moving it to an earlier time if necessary ( I did). They arrived on time, got right to work and finished promptly.

Family Movers was an excellent choice to unload my PODS container into my new apartment.
They communicated in advance of the date to go over any special conditions I may have.
They communicated the day before and day of with approximate times.
They showed up on time and worked HARD! This is FL heat in August, people! I don’t know how they do it!
These two men were so organized and smart. They were so so careful with my belongings and of my apartment. There was not a spot of damage on my walls or floors from the movers.
They helped place items where I asked them to. They helped me assemble my bed.
Before they left, they asked if there was anything I wanted moved from where they had placed it.
I am so pleased with these men and the service that I booked them to come back in two weeks to unload my additional moving container. I only wish I had learned their names so I could recognize them personally.
I would not hesitate to use this company or recommend them to anyone!
When I leave this apartment, I will be calling Family Movers again!

Great communication before and during job. Had to change time with very short notice and they were very accommodating. Did a great job and were careful with my furniture and boxes. Hope to be able to use them again soon!

What types of moves have you handled?
We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The people you meet and the stories they share.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Basic lifting techniques, communication between Movers, proper packing and padding techniques...
