We hired Family Movers to help off load one of our PODS. We had two guys that helped and I was thankful we had them. They were really good about communication and letting us know an eta the day of. We were stuck when a self rental company " forgot" to hire the movers we had paid for. So in a panic we called Hire A Helper. They set us up with Family Movers. These guys were professional, on time, fast and very careful. We both highly recommend them for any job you have. Great guys and hard workers.

I highly recommend them. They were on time called ahead of time to say they were coming on time and worked hard the entire time they were here. They let me know that they were on an additional hour when my allotted two hours were up. I knew it was probably going to take at least 3 hours which it was. They took great concern in packing the load knowing I was driving over a thousand miles. I would definitely use them again.

Appreciated that I was kept informed of their status prior to arrival. Arrived earlier than originally expected. Treated my household goods with care and still had my small POD unloaded in less than an hour. I would definitely use them again. Once the unloading was done, they asked several times if there was anything else they could do. Then without me asking, they swept out the POD to prepare it for pickup.

What types of moves have you handled?
We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.

Basic lifting techniques, communication between Movers, proper packing and padding techniques...
