The 2 man crew from Family Movers in Lakeland, FL did a wonderful job. The original move had to be pushed back to the next day due to an issue on our end. They were very accommodating and were able to come the following afternoon. They arrived on time with everything from hand trucks to rope and shrink wrap to secure all of our things. They worked very quickly and carefully making sure that breakable items were safe. They loaded a 16' truck with items of all shapes and sizes in 2 hours. When we got to our destination in SC, everything was still in place...not a single thing moved or shifted during the drive from FL! GREAT JOB!

What types of moves have you handled?
We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The people you meet and the stories they share.

Basic lifting techniques, communication between Movers, proper packing and padding techniques...
