They were about 15 minutes late, but they did an excellent job! In fact, they had to tear the door off the pod because it slammed shut on my husband and we couldn't get it open! They were willing to go above and beyond! Great workers!

Family Movers was great! They arrived on time and brought the equipment they would need to complete the work. They handled my property with care and seemed to be concerned about doing a good job. They worked very hard while they were here from the moment they arrived until they completed the work. They were very good at listening to and following my direction, even though I can get a little bossy sometimes. They had a good attitude about doing the work and working hard. And, they helped me with a couple of things that I had not initially asked for help with. I would highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to call on them in the future.

My movers were slightly INTOXICATED when they arrived!! One of the movers used alot of PROFANITY. They just JAMMED my items into the UBOX without care or caution! Very heavy items/ boxes were placed on top of lighter items / boxes. Knowing they did a poor job, they then asked me to sign a wavier for any damage. Take the time to look for another company!!!!!!

Have boxes packed, the furniture cleared off.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.

The people you meet and the stories they share.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Basic lifting techniques, communication between Movers, proper packing and padding techniques...
