We used VIP for help with our recent move. We were lucky enough to have
Ledwin and Nel assigned to us the loading and unloading. They were incredible. We’d been worried about gettting the truck loaded properly and ensuring our furniture was properly broken down and wrapped with moving blankets to prevent damage since we had no idea what we were doing. Ledwin and Nel came in with big smile and great attitudes! Strong like oxen, they took over the process and did it very well (and efficiently!). They took great care of all of our belongings. They noticed the truck we rented had a slight leak and made sure everything was protected. We could not be happier with VIP and in particular, LEDWIN AND NEL! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The movers worked very hard and were professional. The job was bid at 3 hours total, but was completed in < 2 hours. The service provider does not refund any unused time, which was not clear to me. I'm used to getting to charged by the hour for hours worked. Be cautious of time estimates with no refund policy.

I hired these guys the first time I moved 18 months ago, and they were absolutely great. Unfortunately, during my 2nd move, the experience was not the same. I will say that the 2 guys that showed up did the best they could, but they were quite late to start, they were not prepared (hand truck, straps, etc.) and they spoke very little English making it hard to communicate. It took 4 hours instead of the 2 booked and some of that is simply because of the miscues mentioned above. On the day of the move, both Rafael and Cesar were very hard to get a hold of - it took multiple phone calls and texts just to get them to respond. As a result, I don’t think I would hire VIP Movers again.

Excellent work filling two ReloCubes for us. They worked extremely fast, and packed everything perfectly (we weren't sure everything would fit!). When our containers arrived, nothing had shifted thanks to their good work. I highly recommend VIP movers for any of your moving needs.
