I appreciated them coming when I called because I scheduled the wrong day. They also did the job I hired them for efficiently. However, I did not like them refusing to leave my mom's house until they verified the payment. I was at work and could not answer the phone and they refused to leave when my mom told them it was already paid for. They just sat on her couch until there boss got ahold of me and I told them that they had my credit card already just charge it!
