Not sure why all the other reviews are 5 stars but maybe we caught them on a bad day. They were slow and had problems following simple directions as to where things were supposed to go. The 4 man crew we hired to load our truck in NC were outstanding and had to bring all our things down 3 flights of stairs and did it in less than 3 hrs. VIP only had to unload our 16' truck and set up 1 bed with 3 people and no stairs and it took them 2 hrs and put things in the wrong place more than once and left the furniture protectors taped to the furniture knowing they were from the rental company. I had to go around and remove them myself. Just wasn't a 5 star job but they were the lowest price help so get what you pay for I guess. Sorry VIP but you didn't live up to my wife's and I expectations but we did tip you anyway. Would not use or recommend again.

These guys were lifesavers! Arrived on time, stayed 2 hours late, since I was moving my father out of the large home he built 33 years ago and he is unable to walk or help. They never stopped to take a break and never complained. I had 2 Pods and was so worried my furniture and boxes wouldn’t fit, but they made it happen with room to spare. Thank you for making the move a little easier.

The movers had a professional appearance and were strong enough to handle heavy items with ease.
They demonstrated attention to the details of putting things were they needed to go while carefully maneuvering around tight corners with large heavy items.
