I needed help moving a very heavy item into a difficult location and it had to be lifted several feet over some shrubbery as well. VIP Movers was able to get the needed 4 movers out early the next morning (after I only contacted them later than 5pm the day before) and they were great! Thank you!

They were late but called a head of time and adjusted their time. When the 2 guys arrived, they asked a lot of questions to map out a plan (I live in an apartment, 2nd floor) and then they explained the process. Afterwards? They immediately got to work. They were careful, efficient, and professional. I would not only recommend them but I absolutely use them again.

The 2 guys arrived on time. They were kind enough to wait for us while we switched out our moving truck. Once we arrived, they quickly went to work. They loaded the boxes and furniture quickly and had the right tools to keep everything tightly packed. They were also very respectful. I will definitely hire them again.

The guys showed up early and ready to work. They were fast and organized, and I will definitely use them when I get my apartment. Can’t wait until I can empty the storage spaces. I definitely recommend VIP Moving!

Overall, they did a very good job. They were on time and finished within the scheduled two hour window. They worked hard and were prepared for the job. Perhaps through inexperience, our two micro-suede chairs were wrapped in plastic when furniture blankets should have been put on first. As a result, the plastic wrap made abrasion marks in the arms of the chairs.

They were on time and well-prepared. The lead gave detailed direction to his helper and made great effort to ensure all stored items would fit in the space without damage. Would hire again.
