They were rude, made fun of my furniture. Damaged more than one piece and stole all of the bungee cords I had hanging in the garage. Very displeased once I had a chance to assess all the damage and missing items.

Excellent work! They were super fast, friendly and amazing at packing my moving pod. Highly recommend them to anyone.
Edit 3/28/20: After the initial review, and unpacking all of my boxes, I discovered that a box of electronics (video game consoles, cords, controllers) was not with my moved items and is missing. I'm not sure if this was lost sometime in loading or unpacking, or which company, but hireahelper refuses to let me investigate the matter without a police report. Use at your own risk.

The packers were awesome. The dispatcher... not so much.
The workers were fast, friendly and wonderful to work with.
The problem was that as a third party hire for loading our PODS, we were not made aware that we might have been assigned a time, but that they couldn't commit to it, unless it was first thing in the morning. So, we were at the mercy of when they were available. If we had been told this in advance, we would have been better prepared.
Dispatcher reached out via text, then didn't answer questions. Called multiple times during the day scheduled, but didn't explain the above to us.
If you know this info. in advance, yes. Use them!

Jesus and Nate exceeded expectations. They arrived on time and began immediately. They packed every square inch of my POD, no wasted space. They clearly knew what they were doing.

They did a good job- 2 guys emptied 2 pods in 3 hours. Took direction for placement well. The only issue was initial request was for 3 helpers but 2 did fine. However when it came to releasing funds the Hire a Helper customer service wouldn’t answer until the following day.
