Polite professional movers from Junk removal arrived very near scheduled time. They had a little trouble location
needed some clarification. Very pleased with both them. However, the
8am crew was sent to pack, I already packed everything they we're not needed. Everything worked out for the better.

Martin and Nate were amazing and did a fabulous job. They were prepared, hard-working, organized, and respectful of my wishes as well as careful with my property. If there was a world championship for the game of TETRAS --you know the one: maneuvering and fitting different shapes together in a big cube -- those guys would win! I would definitely use them again if I move again. (Heaven forbid, I hate moving!)

It appeared they did a good job getting things packed but I was not there all the time. Once the pods were at destination and unpacked I found a lot of damage. Everything damaged should not have happened. Dining room chairs were stacked I top of o e another without padding. They will need to be refinished. Glass shelves were left in desk, they broke. Light colored upholstered furniture stained with dirt due too being not completely covered. A small stool was actually split in half that was laying at the top of everything unwrapped. I need to know how to go about filing a claim got damag. Thank you
