Things started out well. They showed up at 8 a.m. sharp and began loading the boxes I had packed. They were taking their time and carefully fitting the boxes in the Pod. However, after about half an hour, the packing suddenly got frantic and somewhat slipshod. Even though I had already paid the minimum 2-hour charge, they were essentially through by 9 a.m. Unfortunately, I had been a couple of days without much sleep and was a little groggy, so they had me sign off on the job and left. After they were gone, I discovered the $500 I had gotten from the ATM the night before was missing. No one had seen me put the cash with my credit cards in the place I usually use when I retire at night, so I have no way of proving the cash was there, but I know. When people are hired to come into a person's home and do work through a company such as HireAHelper, the client shouldn't have to watch them like an eagle, but I surely should have.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Normally a customer will receive a text message the morning of the move confirming the time. Once arrived and setup the mover will take a walk through , where you would direct them on the things needed to be done. After that all the movers would need are materials(Blankets,Straps,Rope) and TIME.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
1. Mover friendly Boxes = Allows the movers to carry 2/3 smaller lighter boxes vs Large 2. Provide Blankets , Wrap Or straps and make sure they are visible. 3. Separate the items needed to be moved
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members receive hands on training until their peak is reached. You may order 2 guys and receive 3 that means one is still in training.
