**Joshua did not issue a refund of any kind**
Joshua reached out via text to mansplain his policy of not going over the 2 hours and how it was in my email. I did not choose this crew. The crew I chose did not respond. HH reached out to me and coordinated this crew. When doing so I was quoted a cost beyond the 2 hours. After explaining this to Joshua bc he reached out due to my review. I received the following textS.
I’m not sure where the miscommunication came in. Had I known that was the issue was prior to leaving we would’ve stayed over, Or Even a phone call before leaving a review. We just ask to keep all personal issues out of the reviews.
We did our best, Our policy is our policy, We even used tool that’s weren’t paid for on the job order as they should be.
These tools used were bc the men who were working were given an OPTION (since I had to hire an additional crew to finish the job). To assemble furniture or continue unloading. Your men chose assembly. Talk to them about paying to use the tools.
I have since told Josh to NOT reach out to me again.
The 2 guys that unloaded, J and ‘Twinsie’ were great. Their ‘team lead’ was not. He asked to start early, I could not accommodate, we were actually running late. I can accept having to eat the cost of not being on time. I was just going to extend. Until I was an hour out and the lead Joshua preemptively told me they were not available beyond the initial 2 hours. Joshua made it very clear that my time would start at 2 on the dot. And then provided me w a 5 min warning via text at the end of the 2 hours. I understand my window started at 2, so he was well within his rights to start my time then. And, he was also a passive aggressive crappy customer service ‘lead’.

Helpers are good but they did not bring a dolly what I only requested when I received phone call from hirehelper. They said that they did not hear any information regarding my request. In the past, I was able to put the memo when I request the service; that was good way to ask something before the service.

Joshua, Mike & Ty were amazing. They worked so very hard in the heat, they did not waste time, and were respectful of our belongings and very extremely nice to us. We would recommend them to anyone.

The two young men who helped with our move were courteous, careful with our belongings, and worked very hard to get heavy pieces of furniture up to the second floor. I would absolutely recommend them.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Normally a customer will receive a text message the morning of the move confirming the time. Once arrived and setup the mover will take a walk through , where you would direct them on the things needed to be done. After that all the movers would need are materials(Blankets,Straps,Rope) and TIME.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
1. Mover friendly Boxes = Allows the movers to carry 2/3 smaller lighter boxes vs Large 2. Provide Blankets , Wrap Or straps and make sure they are visible. 3. Separate the items needed to be moved
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members receive hands on training until their peak is reached. You may order 2 guys and receive 3 that means one is still in training.
