Scheduling and confirmation with GR8LABOR was easy and convenient.
However, the process was a moving nightmare filled with anxiety, tension and disappointment.
I received an email two weeks later after booking, requesting an earlier time because the time requested was too late. I agreed with the suggested time and then called and stated that the propose time was an inconvenience and I prefer the day before which is on a Sunday. The owner then asked me to give him a reason to satisfy him on why he should do the job on Sunday.(that should have been a red flag). Next he explain they do not work on Sunday because of church, however they will set the appointment only if they can come at noon. We agreed. The day of the move no one called or show up at 12:30. I called the owner inquiring if they were still coming. The owner stated they are on another move and he will get to me when he can. It MAY be in two or three hours. I then asked him why didn’t I receive a call so that I could make other arrangements on my end. He became defensive and reminded me that they are on a job and he will let me know something later.(I thought he said they don’t do jobs on Sunday). I later made other arrangements and left my house. One hour later the owner called me and stated that they will be at my home in less than 30 minutes. So now, I am inconvenient again. I spoke with the owner and explained to him that I would like to speak with him in regards to the services he provided. The owner stated "I am on my way to a graduation, what do you want to talk to me about." I then stated, "I I understand you are busy and I can meet with you on tomorrow to discuss my concerns". This owner stated, "we do not need to meet, I don't know what is the problem and you have a bless day". He then hung the phone up on me.
As far as the movers, they were Great and very respectful.
If you ever book GR8LABOR, be prepared for conflicts, disrespect and rude customer services from the owner Mike.

What I liked about GR8LABOR is the guys showed up, on time, ready to work, with a positive attitude. Not only did they move the furniture, but also helped move it around to see how it would fit best in the new place. I would recommend them and use them again.

I would definitely recommend GR8LABOR. I called Hireahelper on very short notice so I was not sure what to expect. I agreed to use GR8LABOR and I called them when my Pod arrived. They showed up within about half an hour of that call, which is very fortunate for me. The 2 men were very courteous, and had my Pod loaded in less than 2 hours. They worked very hard to get it done in a timely manner.
I will use them again on my next move!

These guys were on time, in fact they were a little early which was fine by me. They were more careful with my property than full service movers I've used in the past. I had a very heavy break front that they just smiled and said "yep, that was a little heavy" when they finished moving it. Very courteous. I'd use them again and recommend them.

The workers were very courteous, and hard working. They moved me within 45 min, I've never seen people move so fast and they were friendly and really seemed to enjoy their work. I was sure to tip them. I had hired another company to move me but they called 15 min after they were supposed to arrive to tell me they couldn't make it. I called HireAHelper and they were there in less than an hour. I will use them if I ever have to move or anything else. I do have to move again the next year. And I will definitly refer them.

We have done alot of moves over the years local mostly some long distance even office moves. We have loaded and unload hundreds of pods and ABF trailers and so on. What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people everyday and just being able to help people with something they couldn't do without us because we are the pros and we love what we do.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide our crew with an extensive 20 hour mover training course which is industry standard. After training the trainee will be with one of our vet who has 10 years or more experience in the moving industry who can lead and guide our trainees in the right direction.
