The two young men showed up within the 1 hr window we were given. They drove an hour to help us unload our 1/2 full moving truck, and came ready to work. The young men were college students and were very polite and ready to work.

The book boxes were packed poorly, stacked and not taped together correctly, one of the movers left the house due to a personal family situation and never came back, it was a disaster, they laid foam tiles which were full of dirt from the gym floor all over my carpet without my permission. They damaged the walls in the stairwell and wore shoes after we told him not too..claiming his shoes were clean..down into to the basement after we just paid stanley steamers to clear...he had a personal situation going on and was out in the street yapping on the cell phone for a half hour and when I questioned him when he came back in the house multiple time, he agressively claimed that he had a life too...the owner, ashley, was very apologetic and said they would refund a portion of my money beyond what I had orginally requested back. I cannot stress enough how poor the work was and what a terrible exprience we had. Would not recommend them for Hire a Helper. Sure, they were available and charged less, but I guess you get what you pay for.

You should expect direct communication with us. We will be in contact when crew members are in route to your destination.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect a extremely polite crew with high quality performance the whole duration of the job with no breaks taken by the movers and communication prior to arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have all materials needed for their move prior to arrival(Ratchet Straps , Moving Pads, Plastic Wrap, etc.) Crew Members will arrive with a Hand Truck and a Toolset and will disassemble anything that is needed!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been all over! We've done long distance jobs as far as New Mexico. We have experience in Military Moves .
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love being able to provide a top-notch service and help families be stress-free throughout their whole moving experience.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are taught hands on how to load trucks to efficiently so nothing shifts on the way to your next location. Crew members properly wrap ,and lift furniture safely and cautiously . We ensure they know proper safety techniques when carrying and lifting all furniture. Crew members are also experienced in Sales in Grant Cardone University.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
