The team was great! I booked them at the last minute to help with moving our furniture and they came through for us in a huge way. Called me that morning to let me know their arrival time, then once they got there, they got down to business with an efficiency and cheerfulness that's rare to see these days; it was like working with friends. This was a last minute dash to find some help unloading a 26' moving truck, and this team was incredibly accommodating. For starters, communication was outstanding. The crew kept me up to speed on their arrival times and was right on the money as expected. They can expect a extremely polite crew with high quality performance the whole duration of the job with no breaks taken by the movers and communication prior to arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have all materials needed for their move prior to arrival(Ratchet Straps , Moving Pads, Plastic Wrap, etc.) Crew Members will arrive with a Hand Truck and a Toolset and will disassemble anything that is needed!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been all over! We've done long distance jobs as far as New Mexico. We have experience in Military Moves .
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love being able to provide a top-notch service and help families be stress-free throughout their whole moving experience.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are taught hands on how to load trucks to efficiently so nothing shifts on the way to your next location. Crew members properly wrap ,and lift furniture safely and cautiously . We ensure they know proper safety techniques when carrying and lifting all furniture. Crew members are also experienced in Sales in Grant Cardone University.
