The guys came on time and were courteous. However little careless in handling the move of my heavy furniture. And damaged the a bit of ceiling of my wall. I called Hire A Helper to file a claim and the process to do that is absolutely a nightmare. They are requesting me to provide pictures of the furniture moved and the part of the damaged wall. Since the equipment was put in PODS container and locked and ready to be shipped to my destination (out of state) after the service request was completed, as required I cannot within 10 days of service provide the pictures of the damaged equipment to submit my claim because PODS take 2 weeks to deliver my furniture to my requested destination. All I can provide (which I did) was the pictures of the damaged wall. And the online system will not allow me to submit a claim without the picture of the equipment moved. So in nutshell cannot submission the claim request. . Very dissappointed and will not use this service again.

They showed up on time and were ready to work. They were very respectful of our furniture and goods. Although they were prepared with a plan to pack the truck they also respected and packed it the way I requested. I would use them again.

They were a little late but was in the process of calling us when we called them. Very professional and ready to work. We had two different vehicles to load (PODS and U-Haul). They asked and knew what needed to go where and got to work. Very good at Tetris I would say as they packed and utilized every inch. Definitely would recommend and I will be using them again.

Our movers were great. They were on time very courteous and extremely respectful with all our furniture. They are the best movers I ever had. And are using them again for the second part of my move. I highly highly recommend them and would always use them again.

They were on time, worked very hard to load our rental truck. Packed truck tight. However, during trip the trip entire load shifted toward truck roll up door. A glass table top was chipped, several items were s ratched I asked if they needed to strap the load, and they said no, not the way he packed. Heavier boxes were placed on lighter ones, not good. Great guys, but the overall packing, not good. I would entertain a refund offer. Thank you. Richard Griswold.
