They were a little late but Totally compensated with an additional helper for free. I not only would recommend them but will use them the next time I need to move. They were completely prepared and worked extremely hard. They took an hard situation and made it so much easier. I live in Charlottesville and you can’t even get manpower to help. Theses guys drove from Richmond and stay till you are finished. I cannot thank them enough!

They did a good job with the packing. Once our 3 hours was up, I asked if it was $85 for the next hour and was told yes. When the bill came, it showed $85X2 or $170. Also, they were scheduled from 12:00 to 3:00 and they didn't start until 12:30, so I should have only been charged for half hour extra, not a full hour?? Nice people, very polite, and great workers but felt a little misled on the billing - paid via phone and manager pushed all the buttons to help me and just gave me final number. I never saw the breakdown of the billing - that was my only disappointment.

I just arrived after moving 1,000 miles. Everything shrink wrapped in Virginia and loaded precisely meant that everything arrived perfect in Missouri-clean, in tact, nothing shifted. I have more to move and will move with Duck again.

Arrived on time and looked prepared. 30 minutes into the job, they wanted to go home and relax. Not everyone was respectful of the property and goods. Would not use them again.
