They did show up on time. The job took about 2 and a half hours. I thought everything was OK until I further inspected how the truck was loaded. It was terrible! It was not packed properly! There were several items that could have fallen! They used 8ft more of space than needed! My family had to practically repack the whole load! My lift chair wasn’t wrapped and the bottom portion was laid on its side-which it’s ok to do but not when it’s not wrapped! They did not seem to be concerned about using the tie-downs! They only used 4 of the 5! It just goes on and on….

My crew did a great job - they showed up on time, worked carefully and efficiently, and were respectful of the property, and communicated well throughout the loading. I only wish that they were on the other end of my move so that they could help with the unloading!
