They couldn't find the house, but in their defense neither could Google. I didn't have 2 guys here the whole time but they didn't charge overage because of that so that was awesome. I would encourage them to slow down a little when moving items. There was a lot of bumping into walls, no real damage thankfully.

Wow, what a great experience with two people (Julian and Jesus) came to load the one POD container. They are very professional - showed up on time, good two way communication, care for our stuff, completed the work promptly, etc. These young men were very pleasant to work with. Specially "Julian" was leading to put the puzzles together to fill up the container. Amazing job!!!!
Also an outstanding job by the office staff for following up the reservation, confirmation, through sending over the crew for loading. We appreciate all your service!!
