Learned of them when my brother hired them to load a truck here at my house. I used them today to take a load of furniture to storage. They are friendly, careful, thoughtful, intelligent, hard working, respectful, diligent. They were on time, prepared to work. I will definitely use them again for the same kind of job or for in-house moving of big stuff. Very happy.

They arrived a few minutes early and completed the job in almost exactly the allotted time. I was also impressed with their ability to handle my one very heavy piece of furniture. It took three men to load my solid oak entertainment center buy two of these guys moved it into my new house without difficulty.

Royal Professionals were EXCEPTIONAL! Clifton and his crew were extremely accommodating, kind, and hard working. This was a complicated move due to having to split a previously loaded truck and unload it/repack it in two different locations. The men remained cheerful even though it was a very hot, long day. I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Clifton and Royal Professionals for the amazing job they did for us. It was truly a blessing to have found them through HireAHelper and I completely and without reservation would recommend them. I would definitely use their services again.

The crew did a good job of unloading the truck according to our instructions. They were pleasant and cooperative. our only problem was that the company was disorganized and when we called several times before the job to confirm, we got conflicting information. We were assured that we were confirmed for a specific time, and this was important, due to the fact that we were traveling a long distance and needed to coordinate our arrival time. The day before the job, the movers tried to push us to do the job earlier, which was more convenient to them, but not to us.
in the end, they waited for us, but we feel that the provider needs to improve their coordination and communication with customers who rely on the prearranged time.

Royal Professionals were great! They arrived early, did everything I asked them to do and we're very respectful of my furniture. They moved some of my furniture first so that I could place the new furniture where I wanted it to go. I would definitely use them again!
