We had problems with communication with this moving company. This happened in the week before the job. They were late getting to the job. We were supposed to start between 1 and 2. At 1:45 they called and said they would be there between 2:30 and 3. We did not start loading until 2:45, and this set us behind for the rest of the moving we had to do after they left. They did not apologize for or acknowledge that they were late. They did do a very careful job of loading the truck, and we were pleased with that. However, they wrapped things up that did not need it and asked us for more and more packing tape. WE had to go get more, which delayed things. WE spent almost $30 in packing tape. If this was required for the job, we should have been notified beforehand. They showed up with 4 movers (2 were booked). With 4 people, it took them 3 hours (1 additional hour from what we booked) to load the 16 foot truck. We think they could have done the job in 2 hours. We would not use this company again.

The two men showed up on time as expected. They looked at the house and then started unloading. Very efficient and organized. We spoke along the way and they were cordial and friendly. I hired them for two hours and they completed the job in less than an hour. While moving they pointed out some chips from the move....not from them. I couldn't have asked for two better movers. Job well done!! I would highly recommend!

Cliff and his guys were a bit late, but they worked really hard and got everything loaded. They had an extra person with them that helped immensely. I had a little trouble getting in touch with them prior to the move, but it all worked out.

They called to let me know the job they were on was taking longer than they anticipated and asked me if it would be convenient for me if they came at 1 pm. It was fine with me. They ended up having to delay it again and arrived at 3 pm. I appreciated the fact that they called me both times. They worked hard from the time they arrived until they finished. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
