Sacramento Mover Reviews
The two of the movers could not have been more perfect! We could not believe how much furniture they fit inside of the 16 foot pod. We were really stressed the day before that all of our items would not fit. Surprisingly, they moved all of the contents in only an hour and a half, I could not recommend them anymore. How can I recommend perfection anymore lol I would highly recommend them!
On time, courtesy, friendly, and know what they’re doing; what more can you ask for!? Would highly recommend Tony and his crew if you’re looking for a speedy and efficient team. Special shout out to Mikey; kick in brother!!
Outstanding. Highly recommend. Packed our POD completely full with everything carefully wrapped and protected.
Nice guys. Very respectful and super efficient. I was shocked at how fast they worked and my POD looked great when they were finished. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
The guys from Clean Cut Movers were great. Kind, personable, helpful, and assisted with whatever was needed to get my kids and me moved to a new place.
The gentleman that helped me were great! They were on time, and really friendly. They went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
Damion and crew did a wonderful job of loading and packing. Damion was especially skillful with the packing. All were courteous and efficient. Great job!!!
Professional, kind and courteous. They came in and did everything I asked and more they made sure my items were protected and worked really hard in the hot sun. thank you so much for making something so difficult so much easier!
Company did not respond to my phone call, say the phone down and die other work while I just listened. They did not answer the phone in a professional manner. When I called back it went straight into a voicemail box that was full. I will never use this company again even though the workers did a good job.
i think they are still learning the ropes. i’ve moved many times and seen experienced movers do things methodically, with purpose and speed. The best movers utilize all the space they have, kind of like a challenge, putting together a puzzle. This was a job of unloading u-haul into a big storage unit. It should have all fit, it didn’t. Consequently, i had to rent a second unit until I can rearrange the first unit as there are many open spaces in the back and sides of the first unit, you just can’t get to them without pulling out most of the boxes in the unit. They did unload the u-haul in less than 2 hours, that was great.
These men showed up on time and were vey professional and provided excellent service all around. They were able to get all of my belongings in the 15’ truck and it was properly tied and safely secured. Very happy to recommend them.
Thanks guys you did an awsome job. I really appreciate all your hard work.
They worked hard and were quick and efficient. They worked really hard to not go over time. They were great! Hard workers!
The two gentlemen from Akt'N Up arrived on time, were professional and polite, and worked hard.
Came on time and worked hard with a smile. 10/10 would recommend.

Major Neighborhoods in Sacramento
Sacramento is California's capital, and harkens all the way back to the Gold Rush era. You can see and feel a lot of that history in the Old Sacramento district, where wooden sidewalks, wagon rides, and interesting historic attractions still feature, including the California State Railroad Museum. If you want some more modern entertainment, you're still in luck! You can grab a ticket to see the Oakland A’s play at Sutter Health Park. Or if you're a fan of live music, you'll love attending the city’s annual Concerts in the Park series, which takes place at Cesar Chavez Plaza on Friday nights every summer. So no matter what you prefer to do or see, there's a perfect neighborhood for you in Sacramento, and qualified local movers who will help you navigate the city.
Midtown
Midtown Sacramento has a hip and lively vibe, thanks to all the breweries, nightclubs, and delicious dining in the area. And if you still haven't got your daily number of steps in, check out the amazing artwork at the Murals & Public Art Walk. For those who love local eats and drinks, you can grab a beer at Alaro Craft Brewery or visit the Midtown Farmer’s Market, which offers weekly selections of fresh produce and more. Downtown Sacramento
You've probably seen the iconic neoclassical capitol building in Downtown Sacramento before. As nice as the spectacular architecture is, there's still more to love about the area. Affectionally known as “Downtown Sac,” this neighborhood is dotted with an array of fine art galleries, including the Crocker Art Museum and Golden 1 Center, host to NBA games, national acts, and more. Every Thursday from May to September, locals visit the Bodega Days market for handmade goods, local produce, and hot food. Speaking of eats, you can't go wrong stopping for a meal at popular spots like 8th Street Pizza or Bali Kitchen. Since Downtown is the city’s financial hub, the streets can get busy during commutes. So be sure to check out our list of local movers who know how to avoid the worst of it for you.
East Sacramento
East Sacramento is a little more residential, quiet, and upscale than other neighborhoods, which means it's the perfect fit for professionals and retirees. The area has a terrific dining scene offering casual burgers and brews at places like Hawks Provisions & Public House as well as farm-to-table fare like Bacon & Butter offers. Residents enjoy walking and playing in McKinley Park, which boasts an impressive rose garden, exciting concerts, movie nights, and food truck events. And the events don't stop there. There's also the annual East Sacramento Garden Tour and summertime concerts at Pops in the Park. Already planning on enjoying the community and atmosphere of East Sacramento? Then check out our list of qualified local movers to find a professional who will take care of the logistics for you.
Curtis Park
Curtis Park centers on its namesake, and is a great choice for anyone with dogs, a jogging habit, kids, or simply wants to live somewhere near a nice green space. There are plenty of craftsman bungalows and Tudor Revival residences, for those who enjoy older-style homes. Locals enjoy visiting the 24th Street Theater, a historic 1929 building that hosts concerts, comedy performances, and plays. The neighborhood is a little on the smaller side compared to other areas in Sacramento, but that just means you get to know your neighbors! Try meetups at Meet & Eat or Café Dantorels for lunch or a hot cup of coffee and a fresh pastry. If this sounds like the perfect fit, then you should peruse our list of local movers to help you get to your new home.

Absolutely recommend!! What a great bunch of guys! So reliable! They were early, ready to go, and with 4 of them, the job was done is less than a hour! This was a job well done, professional and personable! Would use again in a heartbeat!
Jordan and Justin were on time; they got right to work unloading my 2 PODs. The guys were very easy to work with: they both had nice senses of humor!! I totally recommend this company!
I recommend Kenneth and his crew for any size job! They are very reliable and conscientious about the items they are moving. Can't thank them enough!
Lalo and Daniel were GREAT! On time, professional, and hard working, even in hot conditions. I would use them again. Thanks so much. They were finished in just under two hours.
Jason and Justin were absolutely wonderful. They helped us so much and we’re so professional. We really appreciated them. I recommend them highly Pam Johnson.
Kenneth and Steven were early and ready to work. They were courteous and took care of our items to be moved. They worked efficiently and quick. I would use them again and highly recommend for potential customers.
We had a great experience! They were on time and able to utilize the most space in our trailer to save us money on the move. They were very careful with our items and respected our input/questions. I would definitely recommend them.
They were friendly and very efficient. They did what I wanted them to do and they didn't damage a single thing. And what they had to do was difficult. They moved a 330 lb etching press down a bunch of stairs and into a van. Then they help the people secure it in the van. I think they're fantastic.

These guys were great.... communicated with me... hard working... very careful with my property bringing it into my apartment. Ask me if I need help with anything. Do I need anything moved? They were so accommodating. I highly highly recommend them to anyone moving. If I needed to move something I would certainly hire them again without a doubt
