I wish there were an option to post pictures with this review, as the pictures of my packed containers say it all. To quote the owner of the moving company, who I contacted prior to posting this review, "That is a horrible packing job."
I am dealing with thousands of dollars of damage to my furniture as a result of absolute carelessness by the moving crew. I provided the crew with over 50 moving blankets as well as moving wrap and let them know that I was more concerned with getting things packed securely and avoiding damage than with the cost of the move and that I had no issue paying for extra hours. They didn't bother to use the moving blankets- simply tossed pieces of furniture on top of each other and on the ground without any protection. Artwork was thrown on top, not wrapped. They didn't put the mattresses into the mattress bags I provided until after dragging them into the street, so all are stained. And my Bose sound system is "missing".
Prior to posting this review, I contacted the moving company owner to share my experience and photos. He told me that it was a horrible packing job, unacceptable, and that he wanted to meet with me to try and come to some rectification. He never followed through.

These movers were unprofessional. They damaged our furniture and were sloppy loading items into the POD. They didn't seem to care at all about preventing furniture damage. I would not use this company again.

Missing a $150 dollar Milwaukee drill, cannot get ahold of the crew member who used it during our offload. Time seemed milked as it took 6 hours to load from two separate locations. And took just as much to offload into one.
