The guys did a great job of filling the POD. They made sure to pack what I needed.

The process was very easy. From booking to the day of the move. The 2 men carried some heavy items from our POD into the garage and some exercise equipment upstairs into the house. All in all a very good experience. The fellows were on time and called when they were on their way. They finished in less than 2 hours.

Due to a communication error from MIE to the workers, they showed two hours early. But MIE took responsibility, apologized, and the rest of the work (moving furniture and boxes from the house to the U-Boxes) was carried out with great efficiency. The workers, David and Junior, were awesome! I don't use that word much because it is overused. But they deserve the accolade. I will definitely use MIE again. So glad I found it.

The movers were on time and worked very well. I have not issues with that aspect of Make It Easy On You Moving. The issue I have is their no refund policy for hours not used. How many homeowners hiring this service know exactly how many hours it will take to load their furniture and household goods. If you book with this company, ONLY book 2 hours and then add additional hours. That's assuming the moving staff can stay longer and don't have another job to go to. So you're between a rock and a hard place. Wait to add hours and hopefully the staff can stay, or guess how many hours and pay for all the hours regardless of how long it actually takes to load. Buyer beware, this information is not provided by either Hire A Helper or this particular company. 2 movers at one additional hours was one large tip!

The crew was a couple hours late because of some car problems. They kept me informed so I was aware of the delay. Once they arrived they got right to work and finished in record time. The crew leader was a master packet and I don’t think anyone could have gotten one more thing into that POD. Excellent job!
