They were on time and they did work hard. There was some damage to our property inside our new home which I have been trying since that day on July 3 to get their supervisor to fix and I haven't heard from anyone. They called their boss right away and told them what happened to our banister and my husband told their supervisor basically that he could fix it himself he just expected them to cover the cost of materials. They were fine with that. We have called them again and no one has returned our phone calls. I thought we were being reasonable instead of expecting them to replace the banister and dry patch parts of the wall.

Josh and rain were on time and ready to work !!! They got right with the packing of truck and were quick and efficient. They were super careful and pleasant. Two of the best workers ever !!!! Couldn’t of asked for a better move, would hire them again !!!!

You have me paying for things they did not even unload
They did not put ant thing together. They had no moving blankets or the right tools. What kind of co. Are you. The kids were nice and worked hard but you need d to have the necessary equipment to do a good job. That is your fault not there's. Why would you charge me for things they didn't unload or or put together

They did their best. Took longer than it should have. I was unaware that I would have to disassemble or reassemble furniture and other items for them to move. I wish I would have known that. I would have hired a regular moving company that would do that for me. Also didn't know they were not allowed to unhook my washer or remove doors off my fridge. Again I hired movers so I or my family would not have to be a part of the moving process.
Nothing was set up for me. They only move your items. You are on your own when it arrives at your new location.

The gentlemen who helped us were excellent. They were earlier than expected and had the necessary tools to accomplish the job. Very respectful to us and our storage items. They worked hard and were very pleasant to work with. Very knowledgeable about packing and loading the truck and always had a smile on their faces. Considering the task at hand my husband and I found this quite admirable. Very personable and both men went above and beyond. Would highly recommend both these men and would definitely hire them again.

A phone call prior to arrival. Fast and efficient movers!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack any boxes needed prepared. We do assembly and disassembly. If everything is disassembled it will take less time to load trucks and containers. Buy or rent moving blankets.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle personal moves into trucks, storage and shipping containers. We provide in home services for things such and preparing a room to get floors redone etc. We do full office moves and business moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We get to help others!! We make someone's life a bit easier.

We keep crew leads on site to reassure everyone knows instruction and conduct everything properly.
