They did show up on time and worked hard, However, they were in a rush and did not take the time to adequately protect my furniture by blankets, etc. They also packed some furniture on its weak side and laid the finish directly on the floor of the POD with no protection. I did not notice this until the POD was nearly packed. They also pushed a box spring up against the bottom of one of my kayaks to the point where the plastic bottom of the kayak was pushed in. When I brought this to their attention, I was told it was too late to do anything about it and that they believed the plastic would go back to its original shape once the POD was unloaded 3 to 4 weeks down the road. My concern is that there will be a lot of furniture damage. What do I do if I have a claim to make ?

The two guys who helped us move were great. It was difficult job with several heavy/large items. They took the time to wisely arrange items in the truck so they everything would fit and be secure. They were friendly and made the process smooth and stress free.

The guys were great! Jay, Bryan, Alex and Terry were friendly, polite and really hard workers. They were very careful not to damage any of the walls or any of the furniture. They took the time to take apart treadmill so they could get it up the basement stairs and put it together when they unloaded it. I would definitely use them again if I ever plan on moving again. I give all the guys 5 stars. Thank you guys for all your hard work.

I used them to move furniture for new carpeting and staging of my house. The were more than helpful in taking items to the trash, moving furniture for staging. I highly recommend them.

They were great! They were almost an hour late but I don’t blame them. The job they had before us ran way past what they were originally booked for. They were quick and very nice. They made our move to our new house so much easier than if we did it ourselves. Definitely would use them again.

A phone call prior to arrival. Fast and efficient movers!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack any boxes needed prepared. We do assembly and disassembly. If everything is disassembled it will take less time to load trucks and containers. Buy or rent moving blankets.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle personal moves into trucks, storage and shipping containers. We provide in home services for things such and preparing a room to get floors redone etc. We do full office moves and business moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We get to help others!! We make someone's life a bit easier.

We keep crew leads on site to reassure everyone knows instruction and conduct everything properly.
