Fantastic crew! Respectful of property. They have high and positive energy. They arrived ready to work and didn’t miss a beat. They emptied the 16 foot trailer as though it was nothing considering the flight of stairs, working safely as a together. They communicated and listened to directions well, requiring little to no supervision yet getting the job done in the time required. Absolutely trash. The way they loaded the pod completely ruined my furniture. My $8000+ HM Eames chair which my wife told them I loved more than her (lol!) was loaded so callously the leather is ruined beyond repair and the palisander wood completely scratched up. They ruined several other pieces of furniture with their shoddy loading and poor packing. The folks were friendly and nice but mind you their already low skill required job was performed with a lower skill set than possible . The bar was low but they brought a shovel ! Disappointed overall but again friendly real nice guys .. absolutely do not hire if you have anything worth properly disassembling and loading
