Lots of communication prior to move. They were on time. Executed all moving with good technique demonstrating concern for moved objects, walls, floors etc. Finished job with time to spare. I would absolutely use them again!

Jordan and Sam of zooming moving arrived at the time they had quoted. They were friendly and professional and both worked quickly to move all of my items to the POD. They packed the POD efficiently and securely tied down my stuff for the long distance move. They were very respectful of me and all my stuff and I would absolutely hire them again for my next move!

As nice as the young men were, they have absolutely no business being entrusted with anyone's worldly possessions. I had a 26' truck and quite a lot of belongings, but at no point did they indicate that there was a chance that everything might not fit. Well, not until they were done and had left out my treadmill, the middle of my sectional, the frame for another couch, my cats' trees, all of my rakes and shovels, and my grandparents' patio set. I tried to keep an eye on them but there was a lot going on and I didn't have anyone else to oversee them. They just haphazardly shoved everything in; lamps were broken and furniture gouged. There were plenty of large items I'd have happily sacrificed over the items they failed to include but they didn't give me a chance. I had way more professional movers on the other end who were horrified at how many voids there were between items and how much more could have been included, as well as how poorly protected everything was. I moved 650 miles away and had to spend a lot of money to go back for the couch pieces and some of the other things, but I had no way to get my grandparents' patio set and ended up having to include it in the sale of my home for free, based on lack of options. You get what you pay for; do a better job of researching movers than I do, and ask them a lot of questions first. The truck even has step by step, pictorial instructions on the wall for the right way to pack and they did nothing of the sort.

This was the second time that I have used Zoom Moving. For this job, they were on time and came prepared to work. My compliments to Jeff, Josh and Rick. They moved our furniture and did a great job in caring for it. I will definitely use Zoom again, and will ask for Jos Jeff and Rick, if they are available.
