Jordan Young and Rick Jones were fantastic. They arrived well within the one-hour time window, and got right to work. They were really on top of making sure that everything was safely and comfortably packed: for instance, I'd have stacked my boxes on top first, but they said that doing so might make the more fragile items collapse on the bottom.
They were friendly, communicative, and overall a pleasure to deal with.

Communication beforehand was excellent. Movers arrived right on time. Worked steadily and finished faster than I expected. All four were respectful, friendly and accommodating. We had some heavy pieces and a really high step to navigate. Nothing was dropped, broken or banged up.
