On time and prepared for the job. Had tools to assemble the bed. Worked fast and efficient. Took care with furniture and made sure to place furniture where we wanted them.
I will use them again in a couple weeks for the next phase of our move.

They were great! They arrive right on time, worked very hard and had our move done quickly and safely. They made sure we were happy where everything went and even went back to adjust the placement a second time. Would definitely recommend them highly.

This was not a good move. After confirming a 0800 start time, days in advance, the team didn’t show up until 0915, after I contacted the manager. When they did show up, they were one person short, I had hired 3 movers, the 3rd was lost and showed up an hour late.
The movers were polite enough, however there was a language barrier that prevented clear communication, which led to multiple corrections on box placement in the POD. Heavy items were attempted to be stacked on light items. Items marked as Top Load were placed at the bottom. While these issues were corrected, it led to concern on the items I may not have seen while directing what is to be moved from inside the house.
With all that said, this was not Roblas Services best move. Be wary when hiring this team.

Let me put it this way…. I’m VERY particular about how I like to take care of things, but Luis and team actually did MORE to protect our furnishings and valuables than even I expected! For example, the took the time to *individually* wrap each and every one of our 8 dining room chairs in plastic before loading them. Also, while I expected we could protect the front of our stainless steel refrigerator by simply sliding a mattress in front of it, these guys Took the extra step and protected the entire front of the refrigerator with a layer of cardboard before then wrapping everything in plastic to make sure it was Very, very well protected. Simply put, I could not recommend these guys more highly to friends or family! Thank you for a fantastic job!
